Where’s Wally?!

Well actually Wally is back up for adoption, looking for a new forever home!

Some of our followers may recognise Wally, he came to us originally in October with his 2 brothers, as part of an unplanned litter… He’s now 8months old.

He was returned to our care, as his adopter couldn’t cope with his behaviour - mainly jumping up, escaping the garden and digging holes, as well as being reactive to delivery men.
We’re fairly confident that all of these issues will be easy to deal with if he’s in the right environment to suit his needs, with plenty of exercise and stimulation.

Wally is a handsome German Shepherd cross. He’s intelligent, active and full of fun! He has had some basic training, and has been going to puppy classes to help with his education!

He loves other dogs, and enjoys playing - he may be able to share a new home with a dog (neutered), but this would depend on a dog meeting. He’s not cat friendly, and will chase other small furries…

Wally loves people, and gets very excited when people come over to say hi! He’s lived with children, and could live in a family home again - but any children in the home would preferably be used to young bouncy dogs.

The puppies are growing like weeds! Big, bold & healthy, they have now been weaned from (a grateful!) mum. They have been wormed, microchipped & fully vet checked. A couple have packed their little cases, the others are ready for their forever homes. Dad is a stunning chunky black lab, mum is a beautiful quiet border collie.

We have a pile of chunky slumbering puppies & their beautiful mom all looking for the BEST of homes. They are 6 weeks, border collie, cross black lab, will be wormed, microchipped & health checked next week. Please contact Ann with genuine enquiries, where the circumstances for them being with us will be explained.

We did not expect to be mentioning poo on the first day of a brand new year. However, one of our lovely regulars picked up 7, yes 7 lots of poo within 500m of the gate in plain sight.

We think we can narrow down who the 'offender' is & we will be contacting them & issuing a ban.

We will not tolerate users that spoil this lovely space.

We know the year has been tough for some of you, may 2025 bring stability & a move from 'stuck' to 'unstuck'.

We hope you and your dogs have the most wonderful Christmas. It has been so lovely to see our new visitors this year but equally those of you that are loyal to our beautiful space.

To those dogs that have faced challenges this year, you know who you are, we are so very proud of you.

Well hasn't it been a miserable old week on the weather front ☹️ This has been Montey's mood at the dark & dank days, it's definitely duvet weather. Reminder to self, white duvet covers look beautiful in winter for, oh, about 30 seconds 🙄

We know how dedicated you are & we hate seeing our furry clients sulk, in ways only they know how, when their visit is postponed, however a reminder that you do have the option to change your booking up to 2 hours before your visit.
