トピックは　Do as I Doと動物介在サービスにおけるDo as I Doの活かし方、の２つです。
・10年の月日を経て、今月Dogwise社より出版されました”Do as I Doテキスト本の第2版”、大きくアップデートされた点と新たな研究からわかってきたことについて。
・また、ほぼ同時に発表されたZoomでDo as I Doを使った面白い研究についてもお話いたします。コロナ期、動物介在活動はオンラインに移行するケースが増えました。対象者が発する言葉の合図に反応する犬の様子はもちろん微笑ましく、楽しい時間の共有です。しかし、この研究が示すことは、犬はオンラインの対象者の行動に注目し、言葉を超えて互いにコミュニケーションがとれるということです。セラピードッグが現場で参加できない状況でも、相互コミュニケーションがとれるということはこれからのプログラムに大いに役立つと考えます。現場を訪問しないオンライン専門のセラピードッグ（！）というカテゴリーも今後あり得るのかもしれません。いろんな可能性を皆さんと語りあえたら嬉しです！！！

わかりやすくて楽しい！と毎回好評の檜垣史先生による「Do As I Doセミナー」。今回は前半に入門編、そして後半に「AAT/AAE/AAAなどの活動に参加する犬」や「猫」に役立つ応用編をお願いしました。

前半入門編では「Do As I Do」というトレーニング方法について、理論とスタートの方法をわかりやすく動画を交えてお話しいただきます。「Do as I Do」とは「私のするようにやってみて！」という意味。ハンドラーの動きを犬が観察しそれを模倣する（真似する）ことで新しい行動を学ぶという手法で、最新の動物行動学研究から生まれたドッグフレンドリーなトレーニング方法です。この注目のトレーニングを、世界で3人だけのDAIDオフィシャルトレーナー檜垣先生から学ぶチャンスです。
