Histologically, this tumor is recognized by proliferating arranged in sheets and cords. Cells are round, generally with well defined cell borders, a moderate amount of eosinophilic cytoplasm with a paler perinuclear zone ( ). The  is round or crescentic. Classic is the chromatin “ ” pattern.

Additionally, intratumoral deposition can be detected (AL amyloid, containing λ light chains or κ light chains).

Histology: Neoplastic spindle arranged into interlacing streams and whorls. Cells have poorly defined cell borders, moderate amount of eosinophilic to light basophilic and oval central with variable pattern and one or multiple nucleoli. Bi and are sometimes common.

The term STS encompasses a big and heterogeneous group of tumors grouped together based on and and similarities.

These include:
▪️Peripheral nerve sheath tumor
▪️Perivascular wall tumor
▪️Fibrosarcoma
▪️Myxosarcoma

Histologically, both are composed of blood-filled vascular channels, lined by cells organised in a monolayer. Cells are flat and spindle in the Hemangioma and spindle and plump, bulging into the vascular channel lumens, in the

Anisocytosis and anisokaryosis are mild in the Hemangioma and marked in the Hemangiosarcoma.
