Meet Rhymes, our brave survivor! While playing with her housemates, Rhymes fell from a cliff in Gordon Town. Thanks to the quick thinking of her fellow dogs, who alerted their owners to her location at the bottom of the ravine, she was found severely injured. Her family rushed her to Noah's Ark Veterinary Clinic using our emergency services. Emergency

Balla was seen as an emergency last week for eating gum with an artificial sweetener in it. Many gums and candies nowadays are made with xylitol as the sweetener - not just Orbit, a point I should have emphasized more. Dogs cannot process this as humans do and life-threatening hypoglycemia can result.
