Today's lunch: Boneless chicken (breast & thighs)🍗 Chicken liver🐔 Beef heart🐃 Lamb testicles🐑 Sardines🐟 Chicken egg🥚 Zucchini & Red bell pepper🫑.
Topped with a fresh grind of Sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, bee pollen, turmeric, kelp, moringa leaf, dried nettle leaf, and MSM!

We can never go back to highly processed commercial food!

Today’s meal was ground buffalo🥩 , lamb liver 🐑, lamb kidneys 🐑, lamb heart 🤎, Lamb bone 🦴, quail egg 🥚, spinach 🥬, shiitake mushrooms 🍄, carrots 🥕! Topped with a fresh grind of pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds, kelp, dried basil, moringa leaf, bee pollen, dry turmeric, MSM, and taurine!
Although taurine levels are very good in this meal, I always add taurine to Viki's diet to support heart health since Chows are prone to DCM.
