On Saturday, March 16th The Yokota VTF will be hosting a “DOGGIE” Easter Egg Hunt for the whole community! Bring your dog out and put their noses to the test as they search out dozens of eggs full of treats just for them! 🐶

🐾There will be games, prizes, a photo booth, and of course a puppuccino station!

*Remember that even the water or a little pollen from lilies can kill or cause severe neurological & organ damage in cats. Don't have them in your house if you have cats!! If you even think your cat came in contact, call poison control & see a vet immediately.
Pine needles and water are not on this list, but can also be a danger.

This is a great reminder to keep your dogs on leash in public areas. Not every dog is friendly or likes other dogs & that’s ok. It doesn’t hurt to keep a distance & keep everyone’s pets safe🫶🏼🐶

It seems so obvious doesn't it, "Some Dogs Need Space". Why does your dog need space?

Last year I attended a seminar hosted by the two awesome dog trainers here in Yokota(Bandits Choice & Ruby The Dog Trainer) and I’m so glad I went!🐶

Some things I learned that day were:
•How to read and understand a pets body language
•How to properly hold and handle a leash
•What to do if a dog is coming at you
•How to break up dog fights

Every dog/pet is different and although I have had pets since I was a little girl, I‘m always finding ways to learn so I can continue to serve every pet in the best way possible😊

Happy Friday! Meet Quill, the boy with the coolest eyes😍

I got to spend two nights with this fun guy while his family was on a weekend trip. We played a lot outside, did a treat puzzle, went on walks, and he was the happiest boy🐾😄
