Dear Enagic Distributors,

We would like to remind you that according to Enagic's Policies and Practices, par. 9.3 and Distributor Agreement par. 3, 3.3, making income claims, income projections, displaying commission checks ("check flashing"), or any other form of presenting earnings to attract potential distributors is not allowed. Making any false, misleading, or deceptive claims regarding the opportunity, product, and/or service is prohibited. It is important to avoid the use of exaggerated or misleading statements that may create unrealistic expectations regarding earnings or the level of financial comfort that can be achieved as an Enagic distributor.

Some example of this Violation:
- Make representation or claims about specific € amounts of bonuses or commissions earned.
- Show proof of earnings (screenshots of bank statements, copies of commissions cheques, etc.)
- Make representations of volumes of sales made
- Encourage people to quit their jobs.
- Make representations or claims about earning 4/5/6 figures.
- Offer or imply guarantee of success or income.
- Make claims regarding the time required to reach certain ranks by following a certain system.
- Use images of yachts, private planes, luxury cars, homes, expensive trips or similar.
- Use terms like passive income, financial freedom, unlimited income potential.

Consequences:

Violation of Enagic's policies may result in disciplinary actions, including the suspension of the IDs associated with you and the suspension of commissions. In case of persistent violation or further infractions, we may consider an extended suspension or the complete revocation of your distributor status.

To avoid further violations, we strongly advise you to reread the Policies and Procedures, where all of Enagic's rules and regulations are clearly stated. We take compliance very seriously and expect all distributors to adhere to Enagic's standards and policies.
