To be honest…本当の事を言うと。。。

I don’t usually like pinks. 実はピンクはあまり好みではないのです。。。💕

But this pink Asanoha pattern is so awesome because it reminds me of the popular Anime character who wears it. 💕
ところが、このピンクの麻の葉柄はこれを着てるキャラクターが格好良くて大好きです😍

Valentines Day and Girls Day are coming up in Feb and March, so I’m having fun creating collars in pinks and peaches that look great on fur-babies! 💕

Thanks to my oldest son for his beautiful designs!💙 I’ve finally launched my website! (Link in Bio). 💙Most items will be made to order though, so if you see something you like or thinking of something for a pet collar design, let me know!! 💙I specialize in vintage kimono silks and Hawaiian cottons, but am also making team colored ones: Broncos and Lakers to name a few! 🥳

Using organza to embellish these collars makes them soft and comfy for fur-babies to wear. 💙

I also think the kimono fabric is more visible in this blossom design, which is really gratifying. 💙

The antique kimono in this collar is called Shibori, which is a traditional tie dyed silk. 🧵

I added smaller blossom layers and satin nuggets in the center too. 🧵🪡

Are you an introvert or extrovert?

It always bothered me that being shy seemed to be considered a negative quality, needing to be overcome. 🥺

True, there are a million things that require us to be “outgoing and socially confident”. 🥳

And with practice, I believe it’s doable!!💪

Kind of like wearing a different hat, or like I used to say “putting my shoulder pads on”. 👍

But behind the scenes, wouldn’t you also like someone to listen with genuine interest?💙

To hold your hand when things get tough and p*e in their pants from laughing out loud with you? 🤣

How about having someone who is non-judgemental to be in your corner no matter what? 😍

We can all use a true friend, and I hope that my shyness isn’t a burden to society as much as it might seem at times. 💙

I just LOVE, love, love getting to know you, your interests, your likes, your significant fur-babies and important persons, and to connect at a deeper level. 💙

arrival of rescued kittens!💙

This time it’s a litter of 3, and they are: Male orange tabby, Female gray tabby and Female calico!!💙

Tiny, sweet and friendly!! (What good luck🍀) 💙

But they are pretty smelly, and have the runs, so we’ll need to bathe and nurse them. 😘

Halloween season is so much fun with these cuties and their colorful adornments 🧡💜🖤 I tried a new collar design with Hawaiian ribbon lei Hibiscus blossoms and silk nuggets. 🪡 The blossoms are made with organza ribbon which are very soft, but unexpectedly sturdy and durable. What do you think? 🌺😘

Choco is our little gymnast, and in Japanese he moves “Choko choko”, which means scurrying and moving actively everywhere. 💙He’s also has chocolate coloring so his name fits well 😋
He’s quite affectionate too, what a sweetie!!

It’s pretty scary posting myself, but this is me with my favorite color and place.💙🌊

I was born in America and grew up in Japan, so crossing the Pacific Ocean has always been a big part of my life. 🇯🇵🇺🇸

I’m a mom of 3 boys and we’ve been fostering kittens and cats since Covid started. 😸

It is such a joy for me to make kitty (and doggy) collars when I get personal orders and can picture your special fur-baby💕🧵🪡

This pretty girl has 3 brothers and able to keep up with them, but she also enjoys being a sweetie with good manners too. 💕 She likes to eat slowly and is very careful to finish her whole bowl until it’s sparkly clean. 💕😋 She enjoys being cuddled and sleeping on our laps. 😘
