Today we had a great day marking the kick off of the Triple "B" Project aimed at informing, enabling and transforming Adolescent Young Adults (AYPs) to empower them and mitigate the spread and impact of the triple threat.
Today's Beyond Initiative for social concern (BISC) TRIPPLE B Project inception meeting at Jimlizer hotel brought together various stakeholders acting in the fields touching AYPs including teenage mothers .
It has been a honor to share insights with the stakeholders present
Special thanks to stake holders present in today's forum and AHF Kenya AIDS Healthcare Foundation for sponsoring the project and facilitating the initiative to make positive impact to AYPs in Viwandani, Makadara Sub-county,Nairobi County

We have manage to perform 48 elderly business start/support on Viwandani through ARISE project supported by LVCT Kenya. This is a way of improving nutrition and curb lack of food that the elderly go through to ensure health and wellbeing.

Today we were able to reach more than 100 families affected by floods and demolitions along Ngong river in Mukuru viwandani including the elderly. We have been able to train 55 older person from viwandani, mukuru slums,Nairobi on urban farming(food security), nutrition, financial capability and Entrepreneurship so as to raise their capacity and sustainability. This is through ARISE project in collaraboration with LVCT Kenya. We seek more partnership and support to improve the living standards of vulnerable population in the informal settlements.
