CAPA is an organization established to give protection to animals, especially dogs and cats in Cambodia.

CAPA is an official NGO in Cambodia, approved and endorsed by the Ministry of Interior in January 2012.

3 days, 3 nights try to catch this dog 🐕. We, finally after all this be able to bring him to our center safe. Got him vaccinated and he is under medication for his skin problem. We will like again to take this opportunity to thanks Madam Loan for her energy and her good heart has always.

Save one more dog from the street.

I have no WORD to say against the person/persons that throw those innocent new born puppies on the street. No heart 💔😡 RIP to the dead puppies, madam Kimloan saved a few puppies. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻Hopefully they will be surviving the coming days.

Unfortunately we cannot have them all in our center 💔 but we try to feed them from outside food that is supporting by Madam Loan. 🐈😿🐈‍⬛

The owner gave to CAPA center before because this dog became handicap and it was very hard for them to take care. He 🐕 could not move is back legs when he came to us. Now after therapy and love ❤️ of Madam Loan the dog is now able to move and walk with all his legs. We are so happy!!. The owner of that dog is very happy also and they will take their dog back. 🐶❤️🐕

Even with heavy rain, when dogs need to be checked nothing can stop Madam Loan 💪🏻 Also we have one volunteer for this few days to support us. Thank you for coming for 2 days it was nice to have you help us. ❤️🐕🐈

Welcome back Madam Loan from her one week health check up in abroad. All the dogs missed you so much!!! 🙏🏻❤️🐶🐕‍🦺🙏🏻

Who say taking car of animals is easy?? 🐶🐱 Some people just don’t understand that you need to take time and use your heart to take care of them. This is what Madam Loan is doing every single day, morning to night trying to make sure that all animals sector have enough food and water and also make sure they have enough sheets for night time sleep. This is a full time job and she is doing it by heart. We, volunteers of CAPA will like to thanks her for beeing there for the cats and dogs (taking mainly from the street). Without her center we think those animals won’t be here today alive. ❤️❤️❤️👍👍 We are proud of you Madam Loan, continue what you are doing. You are doing the correct way has always.

Always busy with Madam Loan. She has a natural good heart, she is now giving dry food for the nice lady to take care of the stray cats on her street. The lady which is selling juice will take care and help her to give to cats on her behalf. ♥️👍♥️👏

Hearthbreaking news our female Mi, is our CAPA dog in the center for already 6 years, she has a cancer and we are in the final stage which we cannot help her anymore. With the support of PPAWS, madam Kimloan got to see her for the last time to say bye bye to Her. Madam Loan also sick but even with her health condition she cannot missed this.
