WELCOME TO THE WOOF N' WAGS FACEBOOK PAGE! - A registered nonprofit in Lebanon doing the right thing for animals - we've saved 300 dogs and farm animals but struggle with bare essentials. Woof N’ Wags is a no-kill, cage-free, volunteer-run dog shelter in South Lebanon founded by Ghada Al-Khatib and Joe. A big heart can love a hundred dogs, but it can’t feed and heal them. Rescue isn’t free. Woof N

’ Wags provides the facilities, time, care, and expertise - all of which requires funding. By responding to community calls about stray or unwanted dogs, we provide a service for the community, but it’s only with the community’s support that we can do our work. We promise every animal we rescue that they never have to experience fear, pain, or humiliation ever again. Please help us keep that promise by donating today. Skin and Bones...and All Alone...Will He Make it? 😭

On our way to the shelter, our car was breaking down, so we stopped, and we encountered this poor starving stray dog, just skin and bones, with no one to go to and nothing to eat. 👋 Hello everyone! First I want to thank, from the bottom of my heart, everyone who has helped us feed our dogs the last few days. Because we haven't yet been able to secure a dogfood bulk deal, since we didn't have the deal amount upfront and had to feed based on daily rates, we ran out of food again today. 😢 We have over 250 dogs, many of them sick and under treatment, and disabled farm animals. Hello everyone, hope you are doing well. Remember Survivor, the starving dog dumped at our shelter gate? Here she is doing better with us. Thank you to everyone who donated toward her recovery. Our next challenge is the shelter rent, which we're paying every two months (total $1000) - we are now $600 short to reach that amount. The land we're renting is large, and we're building it out with fencing bit by bit. We don't want to lose it so if everyone donated $20, we'd be able to secure the rent.
