Why standard leashes are better than reflectable?🤔

The greatest advantage of a standard leash is a healthy balance between flexibility and control. Wherther you're practicing your walk or perfecting the posture, the dog has enough freedom to have fun and you can still maintain your leadership.

Reflectable leashes are good for calmer dogs, who do not stress out in busy environments. However, for stronger and more emotional dogs you have to control it and show the direction.

Therefore, we prefer regular leashes.

Today I met Teddy, 2 years old Labrador.🐶 Teddy is staying today at my place while his beloved ones are spending some family time nearby at the Theme park. He is doing surprisingly well. He was looking happy from the very first moments we saw each other.

Now we are trying on some accessories to wear.

Scottish collar suits him very much, doesn't it? 🤔😜

🇱🇹Dauguma teigia, kad su petnešomis šuniui daug patogiau ir saugiau nei su antkakliu. Ar tai tiesa? Taip, šunį vedžioti lengviau šeimininkui, o ypač tuomet, jei augintinis veržiasi į priekį, ir yra sunkiai valdomas.
Jei turite mažą šuniuką, kuris netempia, petnešų galbūt niekad ir neprireiks, nebent jei jūs bijote, kad jis gali išsinerti. Tačiau nemažai šunų yra tokie veržlūs, "moody" ir nenuspėjami, kad įprastas antkaklis ir pavadėlis jiems vedžioti nėra tinkamas.
Kai šuo dėvi petnešas, jis yra lengviau kontroliuojamas ir jos nė kiek netrukdo gyvūnui laisvai judėti ar kvėpuoti.

Iš savo patirties tikrai galiu pasakyti kad tokioms veislėms kaip Labradudeliui ar super aktyviam Haskiui šis aksesuaras yra būtinas.

🇬🇧Most claim that harnesses are much more comfortable and safe for a dog than a collar. Is it true? This makes it easier for the owner to guide the dog, especially if the pet is moving forward and is difficult to handle.
If you have a little puppy that doesn't stretch, you may never need a harness. However, many dogs are so nimble, moody and unpredictable that a normal collar and leash is not suitable for carrying them.
When the dog is wearing a harness, it is easier to control and does not interfere with the free movement or breathing.

From my own experience, I can say for sure that for breeds like Labradoodle
or super active Husky this accessory is a Need.

Yesterday we met very friendly, intelligent and unusual dog. The breed is called Whippet. Whippets are super easy to train and they are the fastest animals of their weight.

Meet Lexy. Lexy is 6month old and is super sweet and playful.
