Terms & Conditions - Contest
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
1. Contestants need to like and follow the official IAMS India Facebook, Twitter and Instagram page
2. Contestants/Retailers need to share pictures of them and the IAMs new Breed Specific Products. This can be through pictures, videos, boomerangs or any other media that the contestant seems fit. Contestants need to share their vi

deos/pictures in comment section of the official IAMs India page on the contest posts and use the hashtag - these entries will be open for interpretation by the creative agency.
3. Most innovative video/Picture with maximum likes/engagement will qualify to win the contest
4. Only outlets that do a minimum business of INR 5000/- per period are eligible to participate in the program
5. It is mandatory for the outlet to complete the GTM as prescribed by Mars Sales team to qualify for the program
6. Video length should be approximately of 30 seconds
7. Video/Picture to be uploaded should capture IAMS pack shot clearly
8. Entries received after the deadline set forth in the contest announcement are not eligible, null and void.
9. The contest starts on 26th September 2021 and ends on 30th November 2021. Terms and Conditions:
1. By participating in the Contest, you accept and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions, and are legally bound by these terms and conditions mentioned below.
2. This contest is only open to Mars SPT retailers who are resident of India. Officers and employees of 'Mars International India Private Limited' and agencies associated with this Contest, and their immediate family members (parents, brothers/sisters, spouse, and children) are not eligible to participate in this Contest.
3. To participate in this contest, the SPT retailer has to visit the Facebook, Instagram and Twitter page of IAMS India, ‘Like’ and ‘Follow’ the page. Participants must enter with an original Facebook/Instagram/Twitter id to participate in the contest. Participation in this Contest is open to all Indian citizens.
4. Multiple entries per person are allowed. However, the person is only eligible for one award.
5. Each entry should: On Facebook Be a comment mentioning . Comment has to be in context to the subject which is given on the announcement post and the Participant is expected to share video/pictures in their replies on the announcement post and follow the steps laid down in the Participation post. The entry should not contain any demeaning, abusive, profanity, hate speech, obscenity, etc.
6. Participants must ensure that their entry/submission is made within the above-mentioned Contest Period.
7. Selection of the winners will be done by 'Mars International India Private Limited' and / or its associates and shall be final & binding on all participants.
8. Any participant found to be manipulating or forging the results through unlawful or unethical means shall be disqualified.
9. The prizes being offered in the Contest being subject to the warranty of the manufacturer and that Mars cannot be held responsible in any manner for defects, features or malfunctions.
10. The contest has been organized by 'Mars International India Private Limited' and managed by Jack in the Box Worldwide, a professional agency.
11. Winners will be asked to inbox (for Facebook, instagram and twitter) their contact details and address
12. The names of the winners would be declared on the Facebook, Instagram and Twitter page of IAMS India. Upon announcement of the winners, the winner will be required to provide his/her acceptance/rejection of the prize within 48 hours through messaging the page, on receiving information about his/her winning the contest. Failure of the winner to communicate the acceptance or rejection within the time frame entitles the organizer to disqualify the winner and replace them with another eligible participant.
13. Participants grant Mars the unrestricted right to use the videos, photographs, and other works shared by them, in any promotional material
14. The prize details will be sent as a Facebook, Instagram and Twitter message to the winners by IAMS India. The prize will be given only to the winner in whose name the entry has been made. The winner shall produce documents to prove his/her identity and age proof at his/her own cost. The prizes shall not be transferable / redeemable against anything in cash or kind.
15. If a Participant has won the Contest but does not wish to take the Contest Prize, 'Mars International India Private Limited' will not alter whole or any part of the Contest Prize. Under no circumstances can any portion of the Contest/Prize be converted into cash whether by way of refund or otherwise.
16. The Contest Prize shall not be transferred or sold and will be exclusively for the Winner. · 'Mars International India Private Limited' reserves the right to change the Contest/Prize at any time without any prior notice or consultation.
17. 'Mars International India Private Limited' is not responsible to the Participant or to any other party for compensation as a result of the above-mentioned actions or any other breach of these terms and conditions. It shall be the Participant's responsibility to ensure that a valid name, e-mail address, phone number or any other details required by ‘IAMS India’ page is provided.
18. The prizes shall be given to the winner subject to compliance with all applicable statutory legislations/ processes /formalities in connection with the prizes and on production of all such documents/papers as may be required by Organizer before the handover of the prizes. Any failure on the part of the winner to comply with directions issued by Organizer for claim of prizes shall entitle Organizer to forfeit the prizes.
19. Each Participant's personal information may be disclosed to governmental or regulatory bodies if the same is required by law, rule or regulation or in response to a valid order of a court or authorized agency of the government or other legal process. Participants consent to their contact information being used by Mars for contacting them regarding this contest and future promotional offers regarding Mars products.
20. Organizer is not responsible for any tangible or intangible loss, injury or damage to Participant or any other person related to or resulting from entering this contest. Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion from time to time where reasonably required or can withdraw the contest at any time.
21. The contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Facebook, Instagram and Twitter has no association or jurisdiction over this contest.
22. The decision of Organizer about the contest shall be final and binding upon all participants.
23. All disputes regarding the Contest shall be decided and resolved by the Managing Director of Mars International India Private Limited and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi

25. Participation to this contest is voluntary. Organizer or any of its group entities or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal loss or injury that may be suffered by a participant and/or any third party, directly or indirectly during this contest.
26. Participants expressly agree to comply and abide by all the applicable laws, rules, regulations, guidelines etc. relating to or governing this contest.
27. By participating in the Contest, each Participant acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions herein and all related terms and conditions governing the Contest.
