"I bought the Stable Grazer Kit from you in May after talking to you, reading your information, etc. It worked well, and I was super happy with it, except when I attempted to adjust times after owning it for a few weeks, I started running into problems with the timer. I spoke to you; you gave me advice. I adjusted things, and it seemed to work, but I was delivering hay at the wrong times the next day again. When I spoke to you the second time, I'm happy to say you sent me an upgraded timer as a replacement part without me asking for this or any charges. I am so grateful. The feeder has been working amazingly for me since then. I'd be happy to write a testimony to your company if you'd like. So often, people complain about poor customer service when they talk about different companies. In your case, your customer service went above and beyond the average. I am a believer. When I bought the Stable Grazer, I thought I would only use it when we were gone for weekends or the day, but I love it so much that I use it every day. My stallion has gained weight (he had metabolic problems and was too thin), but he is now healthy and much more contented as he has food delivered every four hours, day and night, even when I work long shifts or go to a horse show. I would cry if my feeder was taken from me!"

The customer has our feeder installed on an existing plank fence in a small paddock in her horse's pen. This is proof that the Stable Grazer can work for every day, outside living horses too. 😀
