A note from company founder, Guy Blaskey:

“Back in 2011 I needed to get in shape, so I signed up for a 1/2 marathon, which led to a full marathon, countless triathlons and many more physical challenges.

Two aspects of my training were unexpected. Firstly discovering the impact that nutrition had on my training, which led me to study nutrition and sports nutrition. Secondly how much training, particularly running, I could do with my dog Pepper.
