After a hard life on the streetsβββ, Cilla is lucky enough to find a couple who have love in spadesπββοΈπππππΏ. A dog who is afraid of everything and everyone, we work to desensitise her to her surroundingsπͺπͺπͺ. This is the kind of socialization, discovery and obedience that we are doing in our group classes this week. Next date Thursday (tomorrow) at Gzira at 7:30 pm or Saturday 7 pm at Buggiba. SUMMER IS COMING ππ₯°π Summer means swimming TIME πββοΈπΆπββοΈ We've all been to the beach and your dog has been swimming and is shaking at strangers just after π±π±π± HORRIBLE! Here is my technique to avoid itππΌππΌππΌππΌππΌππΌ
πΆοΈ A dog shakes when he has waterπ§ on his head or in his ear π So during the shower I purposely put some water in his ear AND/OR tickle his ear afterwards to stimulate his shaking. All I have to do is add the command π£ and the reward πand it's done βββ For those who are interested, we'll see the different exercises together during the special swim class next Sunday. P.s: avoid every water into the ear if it is smelling, red or hot and go to consult a veterinarian.

To work about the pulling in the street it's a thingππ΄π²π΅π¦, but work about pulling when there are other dogsπΊππΆπ© it's an other. You have to stay the most interesting possible for your dogπ€‘π
π And when there other dogs it's very difficultπΆπͺ. So speak to himπ£π£, suggest him to playπ€ΉββοΈπ€ΉββοΈ, a treatπ, a sqeezy toy can helpπ or run a bit with himπββοΈπββοΈ. Everything who can make him forget the other dogs.
