FREE IN-PERSON LIVESTOCK TRAINING SESSIONS - MZIMBA NORTH.

Wilgrace is glad to announce that it has embarked on free livestock training sessions. This offer is open to both aspiring and existing farmers.

The aim is to bridge the knowledge gap that exists in livestock sector so that farmers realize the profits they deserve.

The capacity building will include Housing, Breeding, Feed Making, Disease Control, Value chain addition, among others.

We're targeting Mzimba North farmers for a start. Window is open from today 1st September to 30th November, 2023.

Farmer groups, Cooperatives and Associations, Youth clubs, are the priority.

However, it must be noted that due to finances, interested farmers will be responsible to cater costs for transportation and venue booking.

In view of giving back to the community, Wilgrace has developed a livestock farming model called WILGRACE PIGGERY MODEL (WIPIMO).

Under WIPIMO, we envision to make an impact on youths. Malawi is a youthful country demographically with about 65-80% of total population. But youths remain the highly rated unemployed age group.

Wilgrace will provide seed capital, Supervision and technical support to beneficiary clusters on a contract. Social enterprise. It will be a win-win game. By the end of the tunnel, we'll have more youths in pig farming hence contributing to SDG 1 and 8.

February; I, together with the WILGRACE team, will be launching another branch of WILGRACE. This branch is called *WILGRACE VENDA.* It is fully registered with Malawi Government, for security reasons we can't post the TPIN. We aim at A. helping farmers realize the profit they deserve, B. supply Organizations, cooperatives, Associations, etc with livestock (cattle, goats, sheep, pigs, dogs, cats, etc?
C. Bridge the gap between seller and buyer.

The WILGRACE shall be responsible for deworming and vaccinations of all animals supplied. The WILGRACE shall help you issue MOVEMENT PERMITS from the Government Offices.
