I’m Jefe (pronounced "Hef-ayyy”), I'm a local from around the Baja (aka "Choyero") and one of the coolest Dogs in Cabo. It's spelled Hefe on Facebook so people don't think my name is "Jeffy" - cause it's not! I was about 6 months old when I got dropped off at the front door of the Los Cabos Humane Society. d Papa found me on the Humane Society’s website and rescued me. My Gotcha Day was January 22, 2016 and I have got to say I was happy to leave the Humane Society. I was beat, I got walked more than any other dog there. Now I live a pretty good life. I have a nice house with a swimming pool and the best food. Mama caters to my delicate tastes in food. What can I say, I’m discriminating when comes to food – unlike my brother Solly. It's where I get my Cinco Estrella Jefe (5 star Jefe) nickname from. These are my hobbies since I don't have a job:
- Sniffing
- Car rides
- Having my head out the car window
- Going anywhere with Mama and Papa
- Chatting up the ladies (human ones)
- Guarding the house and barking at strangers
- Terrorizing the pool guy
- Chasing Kitties, Birds and Squirrels (I'm gonna catch one someday)
- Sleeping behind the bed
- Being chased by Mama
- Playing with and chewing on my toys
- Turning on my charm and colluding with Solly for treats
- Watching TV – Jurassic Park films are my favorite

I also like travelling and hanging out at my brother Ryan's house in Nova Scotia. I've been to Canada 5 times and have visited many airports in the United States. I'm a member of a gang with my brother Solly called "Dos Mooooochachos". We conspire to get more food and treats. I'm a Cockapoo with a bit of terrier in me. I also have a great Mustache too - Tom Selleck eat your heart out. I don't have a birthday, only a Gotcha Day which was January 22, 2016. Mama figures I was 6 months old when I was adopted because I gained 7lbs and grew some more. That would make my birthday in May or June of 2015. I have a few nicknames - see below. My rapper name is GMC for Grand Master Cujo. I bark at the pool guy. If my folks had waited a few days to name me, I'd be called "Shadow". I'm black and always right behind you.
