The Pet Nanny will come to your home and take care of your pet's needs (food, water, exercise, litter boxes, etc.) have a play and/or snuggle, and perform any veterinarian prescribed treatments. Dogs will receive walks to help them expend excess energy, stay happy and relaxed and give them opportunity to do their "business". We also keep their minds stimulated with positive re-enforcement of basic commands and manners. For dogs, exercise of the mind and body is essential while you are away, it helps to combat stress and ensure you come home to a happy, content friend. Although our primary focus is your pets' well being first and foremost, in addition, we can water any indoor plants or outdoor pots, rotate lights, open/close blinds. In-your-home pet care:

We provide in home care for your pets with visits based on their usual routine. One-on-one attention ensures your pets are happy and relaxed in your absence. We are not 'house sitters', we are pet-sitters and make your pets our priority while caring for them. We strive to maintain their usual routine with a series of carefully planned visits which we will spend time on walks, playtime, affection and treats etc. We are flexible with our pet sitting visits. We respect that no one knows your pet better than you, and we can set up the best schedule for your pet while you are away. We do not charge additional fees for medicine administration or additional animals from the same family. We will discuss your pet's current health and routines and your emergency contact information. This information ensures a smooth transition from your care to ours, helping to keep your pet happy and creating as little interruption in their daily routines as possible. Private dog walks:

Dogs can get lonely and stressed being by themselves for long periods of time. This can manifest itself in undesirable behaviors such as: excessive barking, digging, destructive behavior around the house, and negative attention seeking behaviors when you are home. A break in the day gives your canine companion a chance to relieve themselves, enjoy some companionship, get some exercise (a very important part of maintaining your dog's overall health), and make some new friends. We will walk your dog from home or where appropriate; travel to nearby walking areas. Imagine coming home at the end of a long day knowing your friend has been walking, enjoying quality one-on-one interaction and having fun while you've been out. You can choose 1-7 walks per week depending on your and your dogs needs and what is going to work for your family.
