As as most of you know, Téa’s Dog Lavado has been closed since March because Ruffys Dog Park was closed for whatever reason by the government. I have some great news to share today. We made a deal with the owner of the building and a local family here in Vallarta where we were able to retrieve all of the items from Téa’s and have effectively sold it and the business concept to the local family that is planning on opening a new dog wash and grooming center! Some of you may know that I originally opened this business to help a friend who was living here in Vallarta to get him on his feet. It was never Intended to be a business I would run or manage. My friend is doing well and is now living in Mexico City, so I am happy to have been able to basically sell the business to a local here. With the funds from the sale, a friend and I will be opening a new business in the next few months. It won’t be dog oriented but your dogs will always be welcome! I wish much luck and success to the new owners of the dog wash (by the way it won’t be named Téa’s) but I’ll post more about it when they are ready to open!
