Dear Pet Parents,

At The Pet Resort & Spa we are committed to your wellbeing. We are taking all the necessary precautions and recommendations for the safety of our customers and employees during the COVID-19 quarantine period 🦠

🚗 For your convenience, we are implementing a “drive-thru” for any of our services. Your pup will be picked up from and taken out to your car after their time at the resort (When making your appointment please let us know if you prefer this service)

💳 We are accepting credit/debit cards to lessen the use of cash.

🧼 Our facility is sterilized every morning and employees are to wash their hands every 30 minutes.

🖐🏻 We are implementing Basic social distancing precautions such as no hugs or handshakes.

Thank you all for understanding and support during this time. Wish all our pet parents and their beloved furry kids to stay safe ❤️

! Empty cages today at the Mexicali Animal Control Center. After a call was sent out by a private group of rescuers, locals showed up to adopt and save fur babies that would be euthanized tomorrow. So heart warming to see Mexico and it’s residents ‘evolving’ and caring for all animals 🐶❤️
