Rescue Zooku Zoo Negara (Com Tech 1C1 & 1C2) Hi there! Welcome to the Rescue Zooku Campaign! We are students from INTI International University.

The purpose of the campaign is to invoke all of us to keep an eye on the animals in Zoo Negara. They need our help and lots of love. Due to the pandemic, Zoo Negara was not allow to open during MCO period and financial crisis has been the biggest issue that they are currently facing. It may also cause the problem of lack of food resources for the animals. We want to give them more support mentally

and physically. We will carry out a few events through this platform and we would also provide the status of the animals in Zoo Negara. Please give us a like and stay tuned for more information! Brought to you by

The Mammal Kingdom is full of nocturnal (active at night) animals. It is a home to leopard cats, slow loris, Malay civet, pumas, leopards, raccoons, striped hyenas and Binturong.

If you are curious to find out what a capybara (the world’s largest rodent) looks like, Mammal Kingdom is a place for you to feed your curiosity.

Also, try to peek at the sleeping Malayan porcupines in their exhibit. Do not worry, porcupines do not shoot their quills. It is just a myth.

Out of 8 species of bears in the world, you get to see 3 species of bears: Asiatic Black Bear, Brown Bear and Malayan Sun Bear without trotting around the world to see them. The Bear Complex is where you can find these animals if you are a bear-lover.

Bring your packed lunch and have a picnic with the bears. Though, do not feel disappointed if you see these bears sleeping. They just love to doze under the sun. We are sure that these bears are “beary” happy to know that you came to spend time with them.

Located outside the Bird Aviary live a group of wallabies and also one of Australia’s famous icons, the kangaroo. The wallabies share the same exhibit with a flock of emus, Australia’s largest bird. The zoo is also home to Pademelons, the smallest of the marsupials that we have in the zoo. These timid animals are located next to the Reptile House.
