Hydroponics workshop collaborate with Adventist Hospital Community Health & Diabetes Malaysia, Penang Branch . The objective of the workshop is to encourage their members to eat healthy and learn about sustainable living with hydroponics farming. We had so much fun!
Btw do you know that by adding vegetables into your meal will slow down the absorbtion of glucose into blood stream?
