Hydroponics workshop collaborate with Adventist Hospital Community Health & Diabetes Malaysia, Penang Branch . The objective of the workshop is to encourage their members to eat healthy and learn about sustainable living with hydroponics farming. We had so much fun!
Btw do you know that by adding vegetables into your meal will slow down the absorbtion of glucose into blood stream?

Exploring on how hydroponics farming can help on rehab. Thank you AADK timur laut for visiting us and giving us an opportunity to explore on how hydroponics farming can help on rehab.
Do u know how serious the drug cases in penang? According to the officer, only Timur laut centre, they have about 1000 drug addict s who voluntary for drugs rehabilitation. 1000 itself is the number of self volunteer... The hidden numbers will be bigger in actual plus other daerah..
Hydroponics can be a valuable tool in rehabilitation program for several reasons:
1. Therapeutics benefits
2. Physical rehabilitation
3. Connection to nature
4. Stress reductions
5. Vocational skills development
6. Positive reinforcement
7. Occupational therapy
8. Community building and etc

Looking forward for our cooperation on rehab program with AADK Timur Laut.
