Always prepare the tools at night, so that my doggie client no need to wait for me so long when they are on the grooming table! Try my best to cut short the doggie waiting time! So I prepare the tools I need to use in advance! I noted down what length on every dog, so I can prepare in advance! Unless they are new client 😬
If new client also, the comb, brush nails clipper & small clipper will be prepare in advance! Of course, every tools is sanitize and well clean!

Poodle puppy~ fur matted, spent an hour to brush out the tangle fur 🥵
Educate owner to brush correctly very important, not only the top, but have to do it part by part and comb also the underneath fur is the key to prevent fur get tangle 🤨 also the maintenance groom in between the full grooming is important as well! If you need a class to learn how to brush correctly, I can provide you a class with a fee. DM me for more details!

Bei Bei used to very scare of thunderstorms and fireworks when she just rescued, I spent a lot of time together with her during the rainy day and any day that will have fireworks celebrations, within a year time, she get used to thunderstorms and fireworks, what I do is, spending time together with her, explain to her where is the sound come from, brought her near to window to see the thunder and fireworks! And now, she will stay at the glass door to see the lightning ⚡️ and fireworks 🎆 by herself! I’m glad that I make an u turn and get you in my car at the highway! Else I not sure what will happen to you!
I try to find your owner around the area you lost, but sadly, no one is looking for you!
I brought you to vet for check up, and try look for the microchip, but you don’t have any chip in your body, means I lost the chance to help you back to your home…
I even back to the location I found you to see any leaflet/ poster looking for a schnauzer, no… no way to be found! Then I slowly believe you were abandoned… maybe due to your skin issues…
No worry my Bei Bei, you have a forever home since then!
Is been almost 10 years you with me now!
Nobody can claim you back now! You have a totally different life’s and a forever home for this past years!

Dear all my loyal customer, I will focus on my post op recovery at this moment, and hope I able to back in work real soon!

Also not accept;
Medium to Large breed dog &
dogs that’s not cooperating while in the grooming session, this is because I have Spondylolithesis and Knee issues as well, due to this reasons, my movements and ability to use my strength are limited by this condition.

Thanks for all the WhatsApp & DM messages that encourage and support! You guys are awesome! And of course the furry kids photos give me strength too!

Many new clients with puppy that haven’t complete their vaccine always ask me, is my studio safe for puppy not complete vaccine?

Here I want to explains to you,
I provide premium service that from pick up, groom and return service, all by myself, and never do multiple pick up, I only provide service to one client at each slot, thus there will be no other dog will contact with your dog in the whole journey!
Usually one day only one appointment, maximum only 2 if the dog just come for maintenance grooming.

After each session, I will clean my studio throughly, and also my grooming jacket, I will change a new set before I handle next slot client!

Slicker Brush & comb is a must to go in the UV box before can use on next client!
