Akhir-akhir ini KKM sering menerima aduan dan maklum balas dari pembiak-pembiak yang prihatin berkenaan dengan segelintir pembiak yang melanggar peraturan yang telah ditetapkan oleh pihak KKM/FIFe antaranya :

1. Mempromosikan, membiak serta melepaskan kucing tanpa sijil/certificate
2. Mempromosikan service "stud & mating" secara terbuka
3. Mempromosikan secara terbuka baka yang tidak diiktiraf oleh pihak FIFe.

Haruslah diingatkan bahawa semua perkara di atas adalah melanggar undang-undang yang telah ditetapkan

1. FIFe Breeding & Registration Rules para 5.1.1 - All kitten bred by a National FIFe Member's member must be first registered in FIFe and A FIFe pedigree must be issued
2. FIFe Breeding & Registration Rules para 2.3.2 - it is also not permitted for member of FIFe Member Clubs to offers/trade cats or services, such a stud service by auction or similar actions either on electronic or actual events
3. FIFe Breeding & Registration Rules para 3.2 - A stud owned by a member of a FIFe Member may not be used for matings, which will result in unregistered kittens, i.e for matings where the kittens will not receive an official pedigree from either a FIFe Member or a non- FIFe organisation.
4. FIFE Show Rules para 1.5 - wild cats, munchkin and scottish fold, it is forbidden to exhibit, promote and advertise - any type of "wild" cat or any breed base on "wild" cats (-> FIFe general rules 13.1)- cats suffering from (pseudo-)achondroplasia (such as Munchkin) or osteochondrodysplasia (such as Scottish Fold), or with such a cat in its ancestry

ketidak patuhan terhadap undang-undang yang telah disediakan oleh pihak FIFe, pihak KKM boleh menggantung / membatalkan cattery tersebut. jadi diminta semua pemilik cattery untuk lebih berhati-hati terhadap setiap "posting" dan bersama la kita menjaga nama baik sebagai pembiak yang berdaftar di bawah KKM/FIFe
