Tamamono (ta-ma-mo-no) is a trusted peculiar plant specialty store based in Malaysia. We operate under the registered name of Okeanos E-aquarium (PC0007967-w) since 2014. Tamamono refers to the Japanese word たまもの (賜物) which means gift. Here at Tamamono, we intend to introduce you to various peculiar plants that can be taken care of easily. These unique plants will make memorable gifts to your friends, family, or your special someone! Our history

We were very passionate about Marimo moss balls and other peculiar plants. Our team started to offer them at a small clubhouse back in 2012. After receiving great responses and feedback, we began to offer them through a blog on 2014 and has since moved to this website in 2016 (previously known as Marimo Malaysia). Since 2015, we have been expanding our B2B portfolios by supplying Marimo moss balls to various companies as door gifts and corporate gifts. Our clients include major insurance companies, manufacturing companies, local fish shops, and aquarium in Kuala Lumpur. Thanks to all of your support, now we are able to push further and offer Marimo on better platforms! From time to time, we would also participate in public events.
