Many thanks to Gerard and Malacca butterfly & reptile santuary for trusting and supporting the Mazuri brand. We thank you again for being one our loyal supporter. We are also happy to know and see the residence of the santuary thriving healthily with Mazuri as their main diet.

Ps: I enjoyed the malacca chicken rice! Can’t wait to eat it again on the next visit!

On the 9th February 2022, the sanctuary had the pleasure of receiving an honorable guest -Joe, a gentleman who had brought us the supplies of Mazuri products for our animals. Yes, for a balanced diet which guarantees maximum nutritional values for our precious wildlife here, Mazuri had been our choice of pallets for the last many years. You’ll be surprised to see that even our crocodiles are in love with Mazuri too! We are very pleased to inform you that we are the sole distributor in Malaysia for all Mazuri® Brand of Products including, but not limited to, 5M21 Mazuri® Tortoise Diet, 5E5L Mazuri® Low Starch Tortoise Diet, 5E5M Mazuri® Herbivorous Reptiles Diet, 5M87 Mazuri® Fresh Water Turtle Diet, 5M01 Mazuri® Chinchilla Diet, 56A8 Mazuri® Large Bird Diet. Beginning from the 1st of January 2018, World Of Exotics offers comprehensive type of products under the Mazuri® Brand, which we believe that it could satisfy and meet market needs.

However, we have recently learnt of the existence of counterfeit and/or unknown source of origin Mazuri® products currently in circulation in the Malaysian market. These are counterfeit products of unknown source of origin and has failed to meet with the standards found in authorised Mazuri® products, and as such, any continued use of said offending products could potentially cause harm and/or health issues to our beloved pets.

The aforementioned illegal activities of circulating counterfeit and/or unknown source of origin Mazuri® products is unacceptable and unforgivable. To avoid our loyal and/or potential customers from falling victim to the unscrupulous acts of vendors circulating the said offending products, we are working hard to investigate and will be taking legal action against resellers who are found guilty of selling counterfeit and/or unknown origin Mazuri® products. The consequences of selling unknown source of origin Mazuri® products invites severe consequences as it is affecting the Mazuri® reputation and brand.

When purchasing genuine Mazuri® products, we implore customers to check and ensure that the Manufacturing Date Label is still attached. The Mazuri® Manufacturing Date Label should not be removed at all times. This is because the Manufacturing Date Label is an important indicator to maintain the quality (by monitoring the expiration dates) of all genuine Mazuri® products. As such, any Mazuri® products with the said Label being removed, will be deemed as non-genuine or expired and World Of Exotics will not recognize these Mazuri® products as genuine.

If any dealer and/or customer had purchased and/or encountered any Mazuri® products with its Manufacturing Date Label removed, kindly report such incidents to World Of Exotics, and we, as the sole distributor in Malaysia will investigate the issue and take further legal action against the offenders.

World Of Exotics also encourage any whistle-blowers, resellers or trading partners who has knowledge, and/or had found out that counterfeit and/or unknown source of origin products are being sold as Mazuri® products. You can reach us using the following details:

Mazuri tortoise food with complete nutrition in pellet form for dry land herbivorous tortoises such as gopher, sulcata and Galapagos tortoises and Mazuri® Small Tortoise Diet for smaller tortoise species as well as omnivorous reptiles and turtles.

Mazuri® Tortoise Diet is a high-fiber tortoise food, contains 3% more protein than LS diet, it promotes growth for small tortoises and increases breeding success rate for breeders.
