Cube Tank Build - Phase 1
Client wanted to automate some aspects of maintaining the tank.
Having owned a nano tank before the upgrade, owner was having to top of water every few days.
1) Incorporated a AutoTopOff(ATO) comparment into the sump with Kamoer ATO. Now it should last for min 10 days.
2) BM auto roller mate - removes the chore of replacing cotton pads every week or every other week.
3) Dosing pumps - for carbon source ( Tropic Marine Bacto Balance) to feed bacteria.
Using dry rocks ( Marco Reef Saver)
to eliminate introduction of pest.
Built a external box to house the electrical items since the cabinet is already full with equipment. Also to reduce water splash on the electrical items.
Phase 2 - will add corals ones the tank matures a bit
