We have many hardware agents at F2F, each piece of hardware engraved with our F2F logo. As we've always emphasized, an urban farming model based solely on planting and selling vegetables can't achieve ideal economic benefits. So, why have we suddenly stopped selling our system and hardware to the public, providing them only to customers who execute our F2F business model? This is because agricultural banks can now approve loans for purchasing modern farming systems, and we don't want to be implicated in issues related to over-promotion.

In this context, let's discuss the different risks associated with cash investment and loan investment. When you invest with cash, you are free from the pressure of debt, with no interest or loan repayments to make. This gives you greater flexibility, and if the business doesn't go well, you have more room to adjust your strategy. Furthermore, if the investment succeeds, all the returns belong to you.

We wish to clarify some changes to our business model. Over the past three years, we have developed the Vitaponics system and established 85 farms globally, pushing the boundaries of efficient agricultural technology. However, we've made a substantial decision: we are discontinuing direct sales of the Vitaponics system to the general public.

We are refocusing our efforts on our F2F (Farm-to-Fork) business model and will provide the Vitaponics system exclusively to those who partake in this model. Despite our guidance, many have continued with traditional or modernized vegetable-selling models which are not economically viable in urban areas.

To prevent potential failures and protect your interests, we've decided to cease public sales of the system. In addition, we will discontinue all F2F hardware agency rights domestically, while overseas agency rights will remain operational.

Our mission remains to provide our customers with top-notch service and products, fostering growth and taking shared responsibility for our collective success. SHAH ALAM - Business owners and customers have mixed opinions on the Local Government Development Ministry's (KPKT) new ruling, which requires food and beverage outlets to achieve an 'A' rating for their toilets and washrooms in order to renew their licenses.
