About Us:
At Pet Park Groomers, we provide top-notch grooming services for pets of all shapes and sizes. Our team of experienced groomers is dedicated to ensuring every pet leaves our center looking and feeling their best. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming and friendly environment for both pets and their owners.

Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional receptionist to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and their furry friends.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly attitude
- Answer phone calls, WhatApps and respond to emails
- Schedule grooming appointments
- Manage client records and update pet information
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Comfort around animals of all types and sizes
- Basic computer skills
- Positive and professional demeanor

We're still buzzing from the incredible time we had on our quarterly outing! Our team came together for a day filled with laughter, bonding, and giving back to our wonderful community.

From thrilling treasure hunts to exciting group activities, every moment was filled with joy and camaraderie. But the highlight of our day was our heartfelt visit to the orphanage home. 💖

We had the privilege of spending time with the amazing kids there, and what a joy it was to educate them about caring for puppies! Seeing their faces light up with excitement and curiosity warmed our hearts beyond measure. 🐶💕

At Claws, we're not just about providing exceptional pet care; we're also committed to making a positive impact wherever we go. Thank you to our incredible team for making this outing unforgettable, and to the orphanage home for welcoming us with open arms. Together, we truly make a difference. 🌟
