Montag, den 22.April 2024, zwischen 06:30 und 09:00 h wird im ARD/ZDF-Morgenmagazin (SWR) ein Beitrag zum Jubiläum unter dem Titel „Der Deutsche Schäferhund – verehrt und missverstanden –“ gesendet.
Der Beitrag aus der Gründerstadt Karlsruhe wurde in der ältesten SV OG Karlsruhe 02 gedreht und wird genau am SV- Geburtstag ausgestrahlt.
Der Beitrag wird auch in der ARD- Mediathek erscheinen.

I am the one who always waits for you.

Your car has a special sound that I have imprinted on my senses, I can recognize it among a thousand.

Your steps have a magic timbre.

Your voice is music to my ears.

If I see your joy, it makes me happy!

Your scent is the best,. Your presence is what moves my senses.

Your awakening wakes me up. I watch you sleep and for me you are my God, I am happy watching over your sleep.

Your gaze is a ray of light. Your hands on me have the lightness of peace and the sublime display of infinite love.

When you go out, I feel a huge emptiness in my heart. I wait for you again and again.

Summer is here and keeping your dogs hydrated is crucial. On very hot days, please pay extra attention to take care of your dogs! Being mindful, alert and careful, can help save their lives

Whilst the chart below refers to the amount of water your dogs need daily, during summer months they will tend to drink more, so the guidelines given should be the minimum amount they should be consuming.

Never ever force them to drink, but keep an eye to make sure they are drinking enough and ALWAYS have plenty of fresh water easily available for your dogs.

Die weltweit Besten der Besten treffen sich diese Woche auf der WUSV-Weltmeisterschaft Universal in der Schweiz. Nach Training, Eröffnungszeremonie und Auslosung der Startreihenfolge morgen geht’s am Freitag rein in die Wettkämpfe. Mit dabei ist dann auch unser Team, auf das wir bereits jetzt mächtig stolz sind. In diesem Jahr besteht das „Team Germany“ aus Sascha Kempf, Petra Dexel und Nina Blanke, Patrick Müller, Erwin Schmitz und als Ersatz Andrea Wiemann. Karl Deisenroth wird als Mannschaftsführer vor Ort sein. Unsere Starter treten gegen Hund-Mensch-Teams aus 13 anderen Ländern an, u. a. aus den USA, aus Italien, Singapur und Tschechien. Wir wünschen euch und euren Vierbeinern viel Erfolg und eine gute Zeit. Alle Daumen und Pfoten sind gedrückt!
