It's time to showcase the beauty, strength, and grace of our magnificent dogs in our very first Regional/National Dog Show for dogs from *3months - 8yrs*. This event will be a celebration of the Boerboel spirit, where our furry friends will strut their stuff and compete for top honors. Whether you have a seasoned show dog or a beloved pet, all are welcome to participate and witness the splendour of these majestic creatures. Let's come together to support and cheer on our Boerboels!

It seems the focus for so many Boerboel pages and groups is judgement. So many breeders are so focused on making a “better Boerboel “ I do understand the importance of great health and great genetics. What I don’t understand is why there isn’t more focus on sharing the breed with people, so many people have never heard of a Boerboel?

The Boerboel is an excellent family member and protector and yet most people don’t know the breed exists. To me it seems equally important to create more general awareness. What good is even the best Boerboels if nobody knows it exists. Isn’t the ultimate goal to to pair these puppies with families that know and understand the breed and will give them amazing homes?

I encourage all Boerboel owners to share what they love about their Boerboels and the role the Boerboel plays in their daily life on every platform possible. We should all be more welcoming to each other breeders and owners alike. We should all be encouraging each other and supporting rather than competing.

After all it’s the common love for the breed that brought us all here in the first place.
