Sometimes when you observed your fish having a swollen abdomen, you should try to dissect it to be sure it wasn't as a result of cannibalism as observed in the pictures you see here. Post mortem helps in diagnosing conditions after mortality is observed. My advice to fish keepers, is to always do a postmortem examination, looking at the internal organs and deriving conclusion as to the cause of death.
