My question is who killed
NEPA = Civil servants
Who killed NITEL= Civil Servants
Who killed Nigeria Airways = Civil Servants
What happened to the $3b turnaround maintenance that they always demanded to fix our refinery = NNPC officials, Civil Servants.
Who is sharing the subsidy money among themselves = NNPC, DPR, Petroleum Equalization Agency, Markerters, Shipping Cos, and Civil servants?
What is the secret behind the subsidy = Civil servants in the ministry will give you a license to import 33,000 Metric of PMS to Nigeria.
You will import only 3000 metric tons but collected a subsidy on 33,000 metric tons by altering the bill for the landing of the product.
How are you going to share the N1.5b subsidy collected?
Navy 10%
Nimasa 10%
NPA 10%
Crook among NNPC other Oil and Gas officials 20%
Inspector agents 20%
Marketers 30%
All the above officers are civil servants operating under the umbrella of the Labour Union.
It's difficult to take food away from their mouth.
The marketers that refused to pay will find his file at EFCC.
Even if all the refineries are working today, no pipe to transport the crude oil to them.
All the pipes have been punctured by oil thieves.
Civil servants know what they are doing .
Politicians are not the real thief's but the so called civil servant's.
