My sister and I were just gisting about things we use to sell on Freshveggieplus and why we stopped 😂🥲
I can’t even believe ,we once sold chopped veggies 😂😂.
We sold Basket of Tomatoes,pepper,Dates,yam,Apples,Greek yogurt
,we have hustled sha 😂😂😂. Major reason we stopped selling Fresh vegetables was because the profit margin was small and logistics /Man power was eating deep into our pocket .

All Glory to God for bringing us this far ,we have sampled all branches of groceries, veggies and fruits and stuck with Strawberries,Passion fruit,mulberries, and Mangoes .

Maybe in the future when the economy gets better we might revisit some produce but for now ,we will stick to what works for us and our Customers 🤗🤗🤗🤗

It’s Salary week and honestly I need to enjoy small,before they will call me from the farm that one worker swallowed hoe or his Grandmother gave birth to Quadruplets .

This is quickly becoming my favorite salad! cooked shrimp, 2 1/2 cups of lettuce, ½ medium avocado and some awesome Classic Ranch Dressing kicked up with a little Trader Joe’s Chili Lime Seasoning Woohoo!

Season the shrimp with the chili lime seasoning, sauté the shrimp in a little olive oil in a cast iron skillet and put it all together! one damn fine meal! Yeah baby, eating healthy and feeling great!

Christmas dessert inspiration

Wondering what to use our frozen passion fruit???....here is the fluffiest cake ever and delicious too... Ingredient
A)40g grape seed oil
60g passion fruit
B)65g cake flour
Pinch of salt
C)egg yolks
1 whole egg
4 egg white
55g sugar
Few drops of lemon juice .
Heat up (A) on low heat for a min until its warm (about 65 degrees) . Remove from the flame
Add in (B) and mix (make sure no dry flour is seen)

Add in (C) and mix into smooth batter .
Beat (D) yo firm and stable meringue
Fold in 1/3 of the meringue with egg yolk batter.

Fold in the remaining meringue till well combined
Baking time (steam baking)

180/170---- 15mins
150/140-----1hr

Drop the pan gently on counter top and invert for cooling completely.... .

I find raspberries overrated ,they taste like toothpaste mixed with water ,blueberries are best enjoyed frozen ….the fresh ones are just blahhhh. My Favorite are still strawberries,If you say they are sour or tart it’s because you ate an unripe one. Home grown ,fully ripe strawberries are the tastiest 😁😁😁😁

Garlicky Lemon Chicken with veggies 🌶🥕🥔 ...
:

INGREDIENTS
* 3-4 bone in chicken pieces with skin.
* 3 lemons, squeezed.
* Handful of garlic, minced.
* Salt, black and white pepper.
* 1 Onion * Garlic powder.
* Cayenne pepper (optional).
* Carrots, potatoes, bell peppers.
* Cooking oil.
* 1/2 to 1 cup of vegetable stock or hot water
METHOD...
* Season the chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder. * In a nonstick pan heat some oil and stir fry the potatoes, carrots and peppers for about 2-3 minutes. Move and set aside. Using the same pan sear the chicken on each side on medium heat until golden, then add the stir fried vegetables back to the pan that has the chicken. * In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, stock or hot water, onion , salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and pour over the chicken and veggies.
* Stir gently then cover pan and cook on low to medium heat until chicken is cooked through.
* Add the lemon juice, simmer for a few minutes then serve immediately with bread, rice

(Filipino Style Beef Stew)
-beef roast or beef shank marinated in soy sauce and calamansi juice, seared then sauteed with garlic, onions and bay leaves slow cooked in tomato sauce until tender with potatoes, carrots and bell peppers ❤️

This dish reminds me of my mom because she makes the best mechado!
It’s hearty, filling and the sauce is just oh so delicious. A dish that will always bring back memories of home. Because home is where my mom is ❤️

I’m always amazed how she makes every dish delicious without even following a recipe or measuring the ingredients. It’s like magic!
