The Angel Michael is the Captain of the Holy Order. Michael was named Captain of the Holy Order in September 29th 1925. He guards the Cherubs and Seraphs of ESOCS against the evils of this world. He is stationed in the East.

All over the World,INFLATION is the order of the day so it's not news that fuel price in Nigeria has increased from N195 to N500+.

*The attendant effects:*
1. Increase in cost of food items
2. Increase in school fees
3. Increase in cost of transportation
4. Increase in cost of spare parts and other maintenance items for vehicles
5. Increase in house rents
6. Increase in health risk
7. Increase in other unforeseen circumstances.

You will notice that all are increases which are not positive. Even an increase in salary will not totally cover the chain effects of the fuel increase.

Then what do we do?
At a time like this, the best and first solution is to look for ways to manage the situation.

*Possible ways:*
1. Look for extra source of income. How? Commercialize your talent/skill turn it to resources.
Get additional job on part time basis.
Look for things you can do that will generate income - no matter how small, it will go a long way.

2. For married couples, this is the time to work together in unity. This is not the time of - “you do your thing while I do my thing.” Take decisions together in agreement, prioritize your needs, support one another, etc. This sea*on will test the commitments of couples.

3. This is not the time for a spouse to be idle. Before now, it's not easy for one spouse financing the home front, this present economic situation makes it tougher. All partners must generate something substantial to the family.

4. For single parents, you can add this - manage within your means, educate your children so they can bear with you if adjustments has to be made here or there. God is our strength!.

5. Watch your health. Medical items will go up. It's cheaper to maintain good health than to manage a sickness. Watch what you eat, drink. Rest and exercise.!

7. Cut down on your frivolities. Reduce a*o ebi, reduce parties. Reduce eating out - it's cheaper to cook at home.

THE SWORD OF THE LORD AND THE ANNIVERSARY OF THE CHERUBIM.

This was written to help us in understanding our priesthood in Christ.

WE DO NOT WORSHIP ANGELS IN ESOCS CHURCH. --- Col 2:18.

WE ONLY OBSERVE PRIESTHOOD COVENANT REMEMBRANCE SERVICES LIKE CHERUBIM ANNIVERSARY.

Cherubim Anniversary is a service conducted every 3rd week of the month of May, each year to show gratitude to God for making us Priests of Jesus.

Cherubim are throne room Angels, bearing the throne of God. --- EZEKIEL 10.

"An anniversary is a date which is remembered or celebrated because a special event happened on that date in a previous year."

In 1926, The Holy Priesthood Order Of The Cherubim was established by God in Lagos, Nigeria.

So, every month of May , we celebrate that Priesthood covenant but not the Angels. --- Rev 5:10.

In Rev 7: 14-17, Psalms 91: 1 and 11, you would see the mystery of this Priesthood and the assigned angelic ministry.

THE SWORD OF THE LORD.

In Genesis 3, an account of a FLAMING SWORD accompanying the Cherubim is seen.

That Flaming Sword is THE SWORD OF THE LORD, GOD'S OWN SWORD wielded by Yahweh alone.- Isaiah 34:6, Isaiah 66:16.

The shout of " THE SWORD OF LORD" was revealed to Brother Gideon a one time military Administrator of the nation of Israel in Judges 7:20 by Divine guidance.

IT IS SHOUTED TO ENFORCE JESUS' FINISHED WORK ON THE CROSS . --- Col 2:15.

Warfare Prayers precede this Covenant service
owing to the fact that the Cherubim Angels who burn with fire are known to keep evil corruption And Darkness away from those who dwell in God's presence --- Gen 3:24, Ps 91.
