Talking about taking care of the chicks in the first 7 days.

For feeding make sure they all eat within the first 48 hours upon arrival. Those that will not eat will be small in the following weeks because their digestive system will not be developed like those that feed in the first 48 hours.

Then also water should always be available and then check on the chicks even in the night atleast every 2 hours to make sure everything is okay.

Make sure within the first 7 days you multiply the chicks weight atleast 5 times meaning if they came at 40grams by day 7 they should atleast be weighing 250 minimum atleast 180 grams.
