9. Portuguese water dog
The Portuguese water dog is an extremely Infrequent Shedder. Most of the hair they do release gets caught up in their waves or curls. While no dog is truly "hypoallergenic"—they all shed to one degree or another—Portuguese water dogs are well-known as a breed that's great for people with allergies to hair or dander.

10. Australian Labradoodle
If your family wants a non shed dog, allergy friendly pet* an Australian Labradoodle with a fleece or wool coat is one of the BEST choices. If both parents of an Australian Labradoodle puppy do not shed your puppy should not. Selective breeding for the coat trait should result in a non shedding coat. It takes at least three generations to consistently produce non shedding results and even then a breeder can occasionally produce a slightly shedding dog due to recessive genetics.

Afghan's coat requires a special care and either the owner or a hired professional groomer will need to dedicate plenty of time to grooming this dog.

12. Standard Schnauzer
Standard schnauzers have a coat similar to miniature schnauzers. They shed minimally and require the same maintenance and grooming as the minis. A standard may be a good candidate for you if you want a medium-sized dog who won’t leave your car covered in fur.

The Belgian Malinois weighs about 40- to 50-pounds, but some may exceed 80 pounds. They have a short straight out coat that's easy to maintain and prevents them from shedding.They are a large breed that has many common characteristics with a German Shepherd. They don't drool and combine that with their hypoallergenic coat, they make an amazing companion for allergy sufferers. Unfortunately, they are not suitable pets for novice dog owners because of their firm and leadership personality. They require a lot of training and socialization to develop good habits.

7. Komondor
The Komondor is a large, white Hungarian livestock guardian dog. They are usually recognized by their long, corded coats. The cords of the coat forms naturally and it takes about two years for them to reach full length. The cords do not require much tending and the Komondor is one of the dog breeds that don’t shed.

Known as the “king of terriers”, the Airedale is one of the large dog breeds that don’t shed. They are the largest of the terrier breeds. They have a harsh topcoat and a softer undercoat. As much as we have people who love dogs and would love to own one, we also have the category of those who love dogs but do not ever want to own one. Why is that????? 🤷🤷🤷🤷🤷. ...........

Well,if you're opportuned to ask these 2nd set of people (dog lovers who are never ready to own one), they might give you various reasons for not wanting to own a dog and part of the common reasons is the idea of NOT WANTING DOG FURS MESSING AROUND THE HOUSE, A DOGS FUR CAN CAUSE THIS AND THAT,e###xifdifjdjsidfifszfidsifjdeifuf (same perception goes with the cat).

1. Maltese

Another benefit is that they shed very infrequently. Their long coats, however, do require regular grooming—you’ll need both brush and comb for this dog.
