Vision: erradicar el maltrato, el abandono, la explotación hacia los animalitos tener un país libre de abuso. Mision: promover esterilizaciones masivas, ayudar a los animalitos en estado de abandono, concientizar a los dueños de los caballitos carretoneros a que no maltraten. Valores :
