Soft eye contact is a calming signal.

Did you know dogs don’t appreciate direct eye contact or being stared at? 👀

When approaching a new dog—or even when interacting with our own—how we use our body language can be very important.

Unlike ours, looking away is a sign of politeness in the dog's world.

So, when we’re in the presence of an anxious dog, it's helpful to remember that avoiding direct eye contact can reduce stress.

Additionally, using soft eye contact—like gazing to the side or looking down—can help build trust and improve communication with our dogs.

When you make a reservation for the first time, we start with a brief introduction call to walk you through our process, answer any questions, and learn about your pet’s needs so we can find the perfect match. This is part of the personal approach we’re proud to nurture as a core value of our company. 🐾

Next, our planning team begins the matching process, carefully selecting the most suitable Pet Host for your pet.

Once you approve the selected Pet Host, we’ll arrange a Meet & Greet at the Pet Host’s home. This way, you can meet in person, and your pet can get familiar with the Nana’s Home where they’ll be staying. 🏡 🧡

If the chemistry feels right, the match is confirmed, allowing you to enjoy peace of mind, knowing your pet will be in great hands. 🫶

No waiting around for payments! Submit a simple payment request form at the end of each stay, and you’ll receive your payout within days.

🐶 Guaranteed Compensation
All bookings are paid in advance. In case of a late cancellation, you’ll still receive full or partial compensation, depending on the timing and you don’t even need to discuss it with the owner.

🐶 Extra Care Covered
If a pet needs a vet visit or runs out of food, we’ve got it covered. We’ll handle the extra costs, and we’re here to support you in all communication with owners.
