Problem: "Horse does not want to load, rears up, back ups fast and we can not close the bar".

Fase 1: after 1h¾ horse and rider are loading quiet good, not perfect but they manage...

"My horse gets with her front legs on the ramp and stops. She moves to the left so she can not enter the van. Or she raises her head above the van and can't move forward.
