Aida is going from strength to strength in the piaffe training. Important to stress the focus here is on a noise aid that is used only once and movement with your arm to increase the energy in the steps. This horse struggles with controlling the tension over the top line so is liable to explode, if she doesn’t channel the energy in the right way. With the mental training, and the question answer and release, she is learning to put her energy in her legs and not throughout the whole body. Next step is to make her sit that little bit more.
