Blue Lightning is a small home cattery in The Netherlands with 3 beautiful Chartreux cats: the females are CH Blue Lightning's Lady Lavender and IC Oliana (Ollie) & the neuter male SP Dionysius. Our pedigree is raised in home.They can play together in our big house or play outside in the garden under supervision. All our cats are regularly checked by a good and reliable vet and have al the require

d vaccinations. This union is affiliated with the Federation Internationale Feline (FIFe). The FIFe is an international cat federation of associations dedicated to the healthy and responsible breeding of purebred cats around the world. We have a small webshop named Blue CatWebshop. Ollie found a little mouse in the garden and brought it to me. Together with Lavender they run after it for a little while without hurting the mouse. Do you know that chartreux cats are fantastic hunters and has your cat ever brought you a mouse as a gift? Than I took the cats inside so the mouse could run away to freedom. Bye bye little mouse! 🐀🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛

Update Tommie (son Ollie / brother Lilly):
He was the biggest of the kittens and now at an age of just 9 months old his weight is already 6 kg. He loves to cuddle, is a lap cat and likes to play with water.

Dio is now over 16 years old. His eyecolor is fading from amber/orange to yellow. He has all kinds of ailments, but with the right medication and appropriate food he is doing quite well for his age! He is the first Chartreux cat born in our cattery and we hope he will stay with us for a while.❤️

Update Tommie (son Ollie 2023): Tommie in his new home. Although he is the biggest of the gang, he is a little shy and needs some time to settle. But he eats very well and likes to play with toys.
