Hey folks, long time no see! Unfortunately I have very bad news for you today 💔 After 11 good years together, Stalin suddenly became very sick. He passed over the rainbow bridge at the vet's office today 🌈 I really can't quite understand or grasp the reality of it yet. He was very much loved and adored and had a good quality of life till the end 💛 Will miss you heaps, comrade 🧡🧡

Behold this kitten overload! 😻We decided to adopt a kitten! This is Makkura. It is Japanese for "pitch black" 🖤 She is just settling in and turns out to be quite a tough little furball 😼 She has just discovered that Hissi's wagging tail can be fun to attack. A doggo 50 times heavier is no match for Ma! 😺💛 She's also slowly getting closer to our beloved dictator and sidekick, and we expect they will be seen playing together before we know it 🥰

Very happy news indeed, sadly we also have sad news this time. Simba wasn't too happy with the new living situation and didn't come back at his usual time two months ago. We have hung posters in our area, talked to neighbours and used local lost pet groups on SoMe. No luck yet. We're hoping he suddenly returns to us one happy day 💔 Thankfully he is chipped, and being a Norwegian forest cat, should be better prepared for a cold winter than many. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻

I'm sure there'll be more Makkura to see here in the near future 😺💛
