A gastrotomy is most commonly performed in dogs and cats for retrieval of a foreign body lodged in the stomach or to release a linear foreign body anchored in the pylorus.

Case History : Dog with history of continues vomition since 2 months ( Anti- vomiting medication didn't worked )

Ultrasound examination : We suspected presence of foreign bodies

Surgical operation : Gastrotomy Was performed to remove foreign bodies

Prognosis : Dog get normalized after surgery and the vomition stopped

(2Nd photogram shows dog with improved condition after 2 weeks of surgery )
