Metrokheti.com is a startup, focusing on promoting various concepts of Urban farming and providing A-Z services related to it to its farmer friends. Started in 2020 by a group of passionate eco-conscious individuals hailing from various educational/professional backgrounds; it aims to make sustainable urban farming, “a new normal” and a convenient and reliable source of food for families residing in urban metropolitan cities like Kathmandu.
Metrokheti’s vision is to contribute in the creation of a self sustainable urban cities through installation of at least 1000 urban farms or gardens by 2022. Thereby, reducing the food dependency through local food production.
