EDIT - All have family/homes lined up 😁
Puppies all got their vet checks and first vaccinations , as well as a microchip yesterday. All in perfect heath … also the loudest litter of pups on the car trip in 🫣😅 but all done well! Here’s a little video of them this morning exploring paddock with mum where they were busy eating sheep p**p , and meeting the pet sheep. We still have 2 lovely boys available.

New individual photos of the puppies 😊 who is and isn’t available, we are asking $800 for the black and white boys , $1500 for the chocolates this includes being registered with dogsnz (with a no breeding clause) , 4 weeks insurance with PD pet insurance, a small bag of proplan which they have been eating and discount vouchers towards more. They will all go for their vet checks next week where they will get their first vaccination and be microchipped. Please get in touch if you want more info or if interested 😁…. Extremely late announcement but on the 31st January our big beauty Josie had her first litter! Fathered by Whiskey. They gave us a bunch of stunners 5 boys & 2 girls , 5 black 2 chocolate 😍 some quick photos today trying to hide from the heat under the walnut tree.
Been some big changes for the family and collies as we have moved farms a week ago ( Was quite the mission )All the dogs have taken it in their stride even Josie with her babies ! so far loving exploring their new home, and a bonus being nice easy walk down the farm to the Mataura river for a swim on hot days …. Or any day they love swimming 😁
If you’re interested in any of these guys please get in touch if they are anything like their parents they will be BIG dogs and super chilled not high energy collies! Perfect family pets. Hopefully over the next week or so things will settle down a bit and I’ll get some better photos 😊

EDIT - He has found a home 😁🥰
This grubby but super sweet dude is still looking for a family to call his own! He is a big boy was the biggest in the litter and although photo doesn’t do justice he is also very fluffy! The fluffiest from the litter 🥰 he is pretty easy going and a happy boy. Two of his brothers have already left and the other one goes Thursday we really hope to find this one a home asap! We are happy with a heavily reduced price for him as long as it’s a perfect home! and asap. Please pm if you think you can offer this dude a perfect life 😁

EDIT this fella now has a new family lined up , he will be taking a little flight up north 😊 just his golden brother still looking.

After his bath lastnight 😅 he was looking much cleaner for their morning walks this morning! This neat wee dude is the other one from litter still looking for a home! He’s quite a character plenty of energy ( not too over the top ) and just fun loving he would suit a a busy lifestyle , would be a great running buddy when older perfect for someone who enjoys the outdoors. Or even a family with busy kids to follow around on their adventures. He is slightly smaller than his 3 brothers …. But then the other boys are big! So he probably more just regular sized 😂 please don’t hesitate to get in touch , price is negotiable on him just want to find perfect family fit for him. He comes with - all noted in the previous post with his brother.

This stunning lad is still on the hunt for his own family, hopefully just as Perfect as his brothers new families/homes. He is a big boy! And extremely fluffy 🥰 he’s a confident pup and loves exploring but also loves a good belly rub and sitting snuggled up next to you on the sofa.
His brother (black boy) is also still available… he just decided to roll in dirt and run through biddy-bid plants this morning on their walk🫣 doesn’t make for the cutest photos so will get him cleaned up and put his profile up later today!… he definitely is a fun loving pup!!
Both boys have passed their vet checks, had first vaccination and been microchipped. They each come with a small bag of proplan medium breed puppy biscuits which should keep them going a while and discount vouchers towards more , also a blanket with familiar smells (litter mates & mum) to help them settle to new homes. We socialise our puppies with many other animals/livestock & poultry so nice well rounded boys. Their parents Meella and Freddy are both lovely natured family type dogs we believe these boys will be the same! Both Meella and Freddy have full DNA profiles done to insure these guys can’t be affected by any of the testable dieseses that can effect collies. All our puppies come registered with DogNZ on the restricted register. And will receive their own papers in the post. They are currently 7 weeks old and ready to go any time from next weekend. Meella & Freddys boys all past their vet checks on Monday 😊 received their first vaccinations and got microchips. They were beautifully behaved and traveled well! The black and light golden boy are still available. We will try get some updated photos and details up on them over the next couple of days

Just a few snaps of the boys finally enjoying some sunshine , after so much rain and cold weather. These 4 are all such sweet lads. Turning 6 weeks this week so we will be starting to find/pick new families for them to go to at 8weeks. At this stage there is going to be 1 still definitely available possibly 2. On Friday we welcomed these 4 adorable lads 🥰 these are Meella and Freddie’s first litter together, but also Meella last litter. We are stoked with these boys but also a side of disappointment the fact they are all boys as we had planned this litter purely to retain one last girl from Meella for ourselves. But things don’t always go to plan, but they will bring four new family’s so much joy and love 😊 also the lilac lad is our first ever breed lilac here(same colouring as his Meella) and he is beautiful!

EDIT - the last girl now has a brilliant home lined up😁

Heidi & Freddy’s litter had their vet checks on Friday/got their vaccination and all new to us they also got a microchip. Normally I’d leave this up to the new owner as I’m soft and hate the puppies so young getting that big needle 🫣 … but it’s now as of the 1st of March a new requirement for their registration with dogsnz. All were in good health 😁
This is going to be our darling Heidi’s last litter and she will be off to be desexed in the near future. And will carry on the rest of her life here with us living life to the fullest!
We still also have this one sweet girl pictured available they are 8 weeks this Sunday. She was quite a timid/shy girl in her early days but has come around so much in the last week and starting to thrive and loves attention now 🥰 quite the character! Photo dump of this bunch of clowns having a blast this afternoon, with chickenpox in the house our youngest daughter is home so we took them on a wee walk/adventure out to the paddock 😊 where they found plenty of sticks,pine cones and odd sheep poo 😬 to play with! There is definitely one of this litter still available, just not sure exactly which one just yet 😊it will either be the lighter gold girl or bigger black boy … they just didn’t want to sit still today so many action shots!!

How cute are this bunch 😍 , we kick the 2 remaining big pups Skye & rusty out of the big outside pen for a few hours so these guys could have the whole space to them selfs. They have actually been sharing the space with the older pups with supervision here and there for a bit … but this is their first time just them!
This lot are all adorable and different natures & temperament are starting to coming out. We aren’t taking any enquires on these guys just yet as some are temporarily held ect , but as soon as we have homes confirmed and deposits paid if there are still any available I’ll pop a post up on here 😊

Bathed, bags packed and no where to go, these two beautiful boys first litter mate leaves this afternoon and the rest trickle away over the next week 😔 but we still haven’t found these guys their own homes to go to! Both a very sweet happy lads. Nicknamed patch and speedy , speedy loves to play but loves cuddles just as much. He hasn’t as much confidence with new situations at patch who not a lot bothers hims! Patch is very confident and likes to boss his litter mates around 😅 but over all both really nice natures boys! please if you are considering a new puppy get in touch about these boys , we would like them to find homes asap it’s time for them to move on begin their own lives. As for price this can be discussed the right homes for them is most important.

Pups all were so well behaved for the check ups at the vet this afternoon 😁 all passed their checks and got their first vaccinations not one of them cry or protested any of it 😊

We still have 3 really nice black and white boys looking for their new families from Chelsea and Freddy’s litters ….. so many black and white boys here at the moment 😅
These guys are ready to go next weekend , currently 7 weeks old. They will go with the rest of their litter mates to the vets tomorrow (slightly late due to covid) where they will get their first vaccinations and checked over.
They will come registered with dogsnz (formally nzkc) and will have their own kennel name and papers. They will be registered on restricted register.
they go to new homes with a small(2.5kg) bag of proplan medium breed puppy bikkies same as they are currently eating as well as some discount vouchers towards more, and each get 6 weeks pet insurance from when they leave.
All our dogs are either DNA tested or clear by parentage so we can insure none of the puppies can be effected by the testable diseases during their life time 😊
We are asking twelve hundred each for these cuties which are definitely worth every cent 😁 we ask for an two hundred deposit to secure a puppy with remaining paid on pick up. This is quite a drop from our usual flat rate for puppies but it has absolutely nothing to do with their quality!
Now the family is out of isolation due to covid , we welcome anyone to come visit the puppies we are near Balfour in northern Southland.
I have a bunch of photos of the boys available below and I’ve given them wee nicknames to help you tell who is who 😁
BFG - this boy is a real charmer, he is the biggest puppy from the litter very solid built. But is the most gentle in the litter (well actually on par with Millie the blue girl) he proved this the other day playing on the lawn with our 6 month old baby. I had to keep all the other puppies away because they just wanted to play/chew him but this dude was ever so gentle and just wanted to snuggle with him!
If your looking for a real snuggly quiet boy he is perfect! He can be a bit shy to start with but once comes around is a really nice boy!
SPEEDY- this guy is just a ‘fun’ boy if dogs could smile he would always have a smile on his face! he just loves to play. He was a bit weiry meeting the pet sheep and ducks 😅 but they are quite intimidating I’d imagine to a little puppy but if he is feeling a bit uncomfortable he will let you know by running back and snuggling into lap. He is just an all round fun happy guy! … maybe a bit too playful for babies 😅
PATCH- he has the cutest face on him looks like a different dog looking from different sides. He is quite a confident boy , not too much fazes him seems to be one of the more dominant pups in the litter compared to others. He loves ours jack russell dog and is always wanting to play with her also the kitten and him get on well 😅

…. Quite the novel but we are pretty keen to get homes lined up for these boys , I think once they reach 8-9 weeks they are ready to get out of the ”pack” of litter away from mum and get on with life joining their own family and all the 1 on 1 time. With 9 puppies (plus the other 5) it’s hard to fit in a whole lot of 1 on 1 time with each of them.
