Te Kianga English Cocker Spaniels Breeding and showing English Cocker Spaniels igleith English Cockers. In 1993 Judith and Mike imported NZ & Aust Ch Craigleith.

Morning Glory (Jilly) then in 1994 NZ Ch Craigleith Chief Constable (Bobby). These two dogs formed the foundation of Te Kianga Cockers. In 2003 we met purchased our first Cocker (Bailey) from Judith and Mike for our daughter Hayley. HayTe Kianga Cockers was established in 1979 by Judith Potter. Judith and her late husband Mike developed a love and passion for the breed. They travelled to the UK an

d after visiting and researching many famous kennels they met with the late Molly Robinson of Craley and I were hooked not only on the breed but also on conformation showing. Judith and I formed a friendship through the dogs and Hayley and I went onto show and title a number of Judith's dogs over the years. In 2010 Judith and I became partners in Te Kianga Cockers. I will always be grateful to Judith for introducing me to this amazing breed and allowing me to carry on a legacy that has been a life time in the making. Hayley and I breed our first litter in 2010. Over the years we have been lucky enough to import and have access to breeding stock from Australia which has enabled us to enhance and widen our gene pool. We are on a journey with our dogs we are always learning and striving to improve the breed. The health and temperament of the dogs and their progeny is paramount.

Beautiful CH Craigleith Chief Constable imp UK (Bobby) imported to NZ in 1994 by Judith Potter founder of Te Kianga Cockers.
He was a wonderful Tri Colour he had beautiful dark, soft eyes and such a wonderful temperament; he truly was mans best friend.
