Bess: Broodmare / light-Trekking by Airthrey Highlander x Stationbred. 12yrs, BIG 17.1hh, nicely conformed with good bone, long legs, compact length body. Excellent mother who produced a perfect tall first foal. Very kind and obliging. Damaged the top of her Coffin bone as a youngster. Although it doesn’t seem to impact her we stopped riding her once X-rayed (image available). Never been unsound but could be as she ages. Extremely sure-footed, nicely schooled, can be a ClydeX spook at times.

Hey horse Mums/Dads, it’s your turn!
Cambridge Riding Club got me back riding 6 years ago and the friends I made are so awesome I’ve been a member ever since.
‘Club’ is the perfect blend of socialising, learning, and taking time to enjoy our horses. I’m a big fan of the welcoming and encouraging culture. Amanda and I used to have a pre-wine for dutch courage for trot poles (it’s true 😂) so no need to feel pressure to be fancy schmancy, the name of the game is enjoyment in great company. Pinch a horse/pony back off the kids and see you there 🥂

Our club caters for all levels of riders over 18 year of age. From October to April we hold weekly Tues night rallies at 6 pm and Sunday fortnightly rallies. Our membership for the 2024/2025 season is $220 per rider.
