Please remember, even though to you it's a nice hot sunny day, for dogs it's not. It's not just burnt paws you need to watch out for, heat stroke can be deadly for dogs. Limit exercise, lots of fresh water and shade.

Due to the torrential hail storm, thunder and lightening, there will be no leash walks today. Instead lots of indoor play and cuddles and making sure every fur baby is calm and happy 😊

We have tried to keep our prices as low as possible but with the ever increasing costs and a year of making loses, we unfortunately have no option but to increase our prices to prevent the need to close. The increases will take affect on 15th September.
$45 per night for boarding (standard room)
$65 per night for boarding (family room x2)
$85 per night for boarding (family room x3)
$35 per day for daycare x1 dog
$55 per day for daycare x2 dogs

As some of you already know we've been suffering technical difficulties with taking photos the last couple of weeks! It has been driving us crazy but it looks as though we have fixed the problem 🤞so huge apologies to all our guests owners who have been unable to have photos sent recently. Kookie wanted to demonstrate all is now working 🐾

Lots of flooding around the region today including here. Our main exercise area is also flooded slightly, but we have 2 other large exercise areas that are so far holding up to this rain. Our runs are fully covered for the dogs who don't like getting wet and the ones who want there leash walks will get a rain jacket and a full dry off on return as usual. Stay safe everyone 🐾

Unfortunately we have had to make the difficult decision that any bookings for boarding will now need to attend a minimum of one daycare for an assessment, if they have not yet visited here previously for daycare or boarding.

Unfortunately we have always relied on owners to be honest and upfront about their dogs, whilst understanding our policies, terms and conditions are for safety, but a recent incident reminds us that sadly, people lie.

Anyone with a current booking will be contacted over the next few days to arrange a day visit. We are so sorry but it is to provide staff safety and to be able to go above and beyond for anumal welfare. 🐶
